We are unable to accommodate any early move-ins or late move-outs for the residence halls. Summer Programs students who need to arrive earlier than the check-in date and time to their program or stay after the program ends will need to secure their own accommodations outside Berklee.

If you or your student is attending consecutive Summer Programs, we have a special request form that you can complete to request housing for the period between your immediately consecutive programs. This form can be accessed here. Please note, if your request is approved, you will need to check in with the housing team both when you arrive on the first week and on move-in day for the next week. Please also note, there will be a non-refundable $50 charge added to your account for each approved night.
