The easiest way to confirm that a payment was successful is by referencing the email receipt that should have arrived to you from ACI Payments, Inc. ( The receipt should indicate the date of payment, amount charged, and confirmation number, in addition to other details.

Students registered for our Aspire: Five-Week Music Performance Intensive may check their outstanding program balance by logging in to their account.

Note that balances do not update immediately upon payment as there is a manual component to payment processing. For this reason, we ask that you allow two to three business days for your balance to update after you make a payment.
