I'm unable to log into my account. What should I do?
- It is important to make sure you are attempting to log into your account at the correct URL. First, make sure you are logging into your account at apply.berklee.edu by clicking “Sign In” in the upper right-hand corner.
- Your username is the email address you initially used to create your account.
- If you are unable to remember your password, simply click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In page. Enter your username, then click “Request Password” for password reset instructions to be sent to you via email.
- If you are unable to remember your username or if you do not receive password reset instructions via email after clicking “Request Password,” please email the Summer Programs Advising team at summer@berklee.edu for further assistance.
I previously used the Berklee Application Portal to register or apply for a program. Do I need to a new account to submit another application?
- No, each applicant should only have one account associated with their name.
- Please do not create multiple accounts for the same applicant.

How do I enroll more than one student for Berklee Summer Programs?
- Each applicant must have their own Berklee Application Portal account.
- Please do not attempt to register more than one person using the same account.
- If you are registering more than one person (ex: siblings), you must create a unique Berklee Application Portal account with a different email address for each applicant.
- If multiple applicants are registered for programs using the same account, this will severely impact each applicant's registration processes and will delay the availability of Berklee student ID numbers and Magnus Health Portal accounts.
I can't remember my Berklee Application Portal username. What should I do?
