If you have recently started an immunization series, and are not able to complete the series in time for the start of your program, please submit proof of the doses that have already been administered as well as proof of scheduled appointments for the remaining doses. Your submission will be reviewed and you may be granted "temporary compliance" in order to participate in your program. 

If for any reason you believe you will have difficulty meeting any of the published immunization requirements, you must contact the Summer Programs advising team at 617-747-2245 or summer@berklee.edu at least two weeks prior to your program start date. Inquiries received within two weeks of the program start date will not be reviewed and students may be denied admission to the program without exception.
